The eighth annual awards presentation and gala was held at the Liberty Grand in Toronto on November 16th, 2023.
Every year, Insurance Business Canada (IBC) celebrates excellence in the Canadian insurance industry through their awards program, spotlighting professionals and organizations in the sector for their leadership, innovation, and achievements. This year featured seven individual award categories and twelve organizational award categories. The Insurance Business Magazine website lists Fuse Insurance alongside the other winners of this year’s awards. This is Fuse Insurance’s fifth nomination for Brokerage of the Year and third time winning the award.
The Travelers Canada Award for Brokerage of the Year is independently judged by a panel of insurance industry experts and thought leaders who assess the brokerage’s client retention, customer service, financial results, staff development, business’ value proposition and strategy.
